Psychedelic Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma & Attachment
In-Person in Los Angeles
I work with people who’ve been in therapy before but still feel stuck in old patterns. By working directly with the nervous system and the therapeutic relationship, I support people in truly resolving trauma and relational patterns that talking alone can’t reach—so you can feel more ease, choice, and connection in your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Ketamine and Cannabis are the primary medicines used to support the therapeutic process.
Ketamine can help soften the edges of difficult emotions and experiences, making it easier to stay present with material that might otherwise feel overwhelming or unbearable. It can also create greater flexibility around longstanding emotional and relational patterns that may feel rigid or stuck, allowing new possibilities to emerge.
Cannabis can help bring emotions, sensations, and relational dynamics into awareness that may be difficult to access otherwise. It can be particularly effective in bringing material to the surface when people feel numb, disconnected, shut down, or removed from their experience, making it a valuable tool when working with dissociation.
These medicines are used used at low to moderate doses to support the therapeutic process. The primary vehicles for change are the nervous system and the therapeutic relationship, while the medicine helps deepen this process.

I do not prescribe or provide any medications.
If Ketamine or Cannabis is being considered as part of our work, they must be obtained through a licensed medical provider or clinic. Any medical assessment, prescription, or oversight is provided by your healthcare provider, while I focus on preparation, process, and integration.
-
I only provide psychedelic therapy in-person. If you’re willing to travel, we can discuss an immersion program to provide multiple sessions during your visit.
-
The length of treatment varies considerably from person to person and depends on your history and goals.
This is generally not a short-term approach. While some people experience meaningful shifts early in the process, the work is typically measured in months and years rather than weeks. The focus is on lasting change rather than short-term symptom relief, which often requires a deeper level of engagement.
